Here’s a short “chair yoga” practice to boost your energy and get your blood and joints moving at work, at home, or wherever you’re short on time, space, or yoga accessories. All you need is a chair. The sequence starts with simple movements to warm up the joints and then continues with “chair salutations” and twists, followed by a seated relaxation. You’ll end the practice feeling refreshed and renewed, with a sense of ease in body and mind.
