Body language can dramatically change how we feel and how we interact with others. Scientific studies show how you can dramatically change your life with some small changes.

Social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows how “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.”-TED

Body language can have a huge impact our level of success in life. With something as simple as our posture and openness we can completely change how we feel and how we interact with people around us.

If you are having issues with confidence, or you feel walked over in life, try out some of these techniques and see how your life changes.

Do two minutes of power posing each morning before you go about your day and see how different you feel. I have tried this and it made a huge difference in my life and my ability to confidently change my life.

On a spiritual level opening up your body will encourage your energy to open up your chakras more too.
